2. Definition of cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on the user’s device by the web browser. Similar technologies include in particular mechanisms enabling information to be stored on, or accessed from, the user’s device.
3. Types of technologies used
The following solutions are used on the website:
- Google Maps — embedded map on the contact page; the provider may store cookies and process technical data, including the IP address,
- Google Fonts — typographic resources loaded for the proper display of content; the user’s IP address is transferred in connection with their retrieval,
- Leaflet and CARTO / OpenStreetMap map tiles — resources used to present the map on the homepage; technical request data, including the IP address, are transferred in connection with their display.
Selection of the website language version is effected through the URL structure and does not require the use of cookies. The Controller does not use its own cookies to store language preferences.
The website does not use analytics or marketing cookies.
4. Legal basis
The use of the technologies referred to in section 3 is based on the Controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) consisting in ensuring the proper operation and presentation of the website.
5. Cookie management
The user may at any time change cookie settings in their web browser, including blocking their storage or deleting previously stored files. Restricting the use of cookies or blocking external resources may affect the display of certain elements of the website, in particular maps and fonts.
6. Links to external services
The website contains links to the Controller’s profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. Those links are ordinary hyperlinks and do not constitute embedded social plugins or tracking tools.

The rules governing the processing of personal data, including the rights of data subjects, are set out in the Privacy Policy and the GDPR information clause.
8. Changes to this policy
The Controller reserves the right to amend this Cookies Policy. The current version of the document is published on the website together with the date of its update.
